We currently ship within the continental United States.
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders over $100 before taxes. Orders below $100 are charged a flat $7 shipping fee.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timing may vary based on destination and carrier volume.
Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Orders placed after Friday business hours, or during weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
International shipping is not available at this time.

If you already placed an online order unfortunately you can’t update order details. We are unable to edit your shipping address. If you need to make any changes or cancel an order please email hello@bluxom.com with your name, phone number and order number and our team would be happy to assist you.

Please include your order number, contact information, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.
For lost or misdelivered packages, BLUXOM will review the shipment with the carrier. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A $10 restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
