SHIPPING POLICY & LOCAL DELIVERY
All BLUXOM products are hand-packed by our team members and shipped by mail. We also offer San Diego local package delivery and in-store shopping.

We ship to the United States via mail delivery and shipping services like:
Orders of $100 (USD) or more before taxes FREE.
Orders below $100 (USD) before taxes $7 (USD) Flat rate will be applied.
We do not offer express shipping or the next day shipping currently.
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days prior to shipment. Please allow at least 2-5 business days for the shipment to arrive after the shipping label was created. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday.
Processing time might be extended during sales, weekends and holidays periods. We will do our best to ship on the next business day.
Please note, we do not ship orders to PO Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding addresses.
Currently we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Currently we do not ship to Canadian provinces and territories. Currently we do not ship internationally.
BLUXOM offers local same day delivery in the San Diego area only for orders placed before noon.

Local delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Local online orders received before 12pm will be fulfilled and delivered before 8pm the same day. Local orders received after 12pm will be fulfilled and delivered the next day. We will contact you via text with the phone number you provided to notify you with details on the day of your local delivery. The same day delivery is made from 9am-8pm Monday-Friday.
If we can’t fulfill your order or we can’t deliver it the same day you will be notified by email. Delivery out-of-stock items is subject to availability. We will keep you informed via email.
You can pick up your order at the BLUXOM beauty shop location

At the checkout page in the note section please let us know that you would like to pick up the order in-store. Your order will be processed within 3-4 hours, and it will be ready for pick up. However, orders placed after after 4pm will typically be ready for a pick up the next morning after store opening. We will contact you via email or text when your order is ready for pick up.
When you get to the BLUXOM beauty shop, mention that you are picking up an order and please provide the order number or email confirmation. Every order placed at bluxom.com will include samples for you to try when you are ready to pick up an order in-store. In the event of a return or exchange, all samples are your to keep.
If someone else is picking up an order on your behalf please make sure to forward email confirmation to that person in order for them to pick up your order. We will hold your order for 1 week before your items will be restocked. Your order will be cancelled after 7 days and your payment will be reversed. It could take a couple of days for the bank to process reverse payment.
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed. Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days prior to shipment. Please allow at least 2-5 business days for the shipment to arrive after the shipping label was created. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday.

If you already placed an online order unfortunately you can’t update order details. We are unable to edit your shipping address. If you need to make any changes or cancel an order please email hello@bluxom.com with your name, phone number and order number and our team would be happy to assist you.
If your order was stolen contact hello@bluxom.com with your name, phone number and order number. We will reach out to the carrier and our team will open a lost package investigation. If investigation concludes that the order was successfully delivered with an image proof, BLUXOM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery. However, if investigation concludes that the order was misdelivered, we will send out a replacement shipment or issue a refund.

Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and we will keep you informed via email.

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review our return policy and the following conditions of the return, refund and exchange policy for purchases made on bluxom.com below:
- All return requests must be made and received at BLUXOM within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund. Any return request made beyond 30 days will not qualify for return or refund.
- We are happy to accept unopened or gently used items at this time.
- All the samples are yours to keep, regardless of the return or exchange.
- We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
- BLUXOM charges a $10 restocking fee for all US returns for purchases made on bluxom.com which will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not offer returns, refunds or exchange on vibrators.
- We do not offer returns, refunds or exchange on items that are marked down. Marked down items are final sale.
- We do not offer return, refunds or exchange on items from the Sale category. Sale items are final sale.
- All returns will be authorized by BLUXOM please contact hello@bluxom.com with your name, phone number and order number to receive a prepaid return label. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to email you the return label.
- Once we receive your return items by mail, please allow us 1-3 business days to process and initiate a refund.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method only. Please allow your bank at least 3-5 business days to process the refund and to appear on your statement.
- Return labels for PO Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding addresses cannot be generated.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on online purchases. If you wish to exchange an online order please bring the items to BLUXOM beauty shop location for an exchange. Please review the exchange policy below.
- Online orders might be returned free of charge at the BLUXOM beauty shop location with a valid email receipt. If you are planning to return in-store you don’t need to complete an online return.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue you a refund or exchange products on purchases made outside of the bluxom.com. If you purchased products at the one of our wholesale partner stores please contact then directly for their return policy.

- BLUXOM is an American based, owned and operated beauty company. All prices and payments are in USD.
- We accept major debit and visa cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others for online and in-store shopping.
- We also accept Apple Pay, GPAy and Venmo for online and in-store shopping.
- We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.
- All purchases are subject to authorization prior to processing.
- For online orders your credit or debit card will be charged as soon as we process and ship your order. However the charge will be put on hold as soon as you place an order.
- For in-store shopping your credit or debit card will be charged when you cash out in our shop.
- If your payment is declined or did not go through check your card billing details or contact your bank institution for assistance.
- We use STRIPE and Venmo as our payment processors. BLUXOM is not responsible for your payment information. Please reach out to STRIPE and Venmo for their processing policy as they are responsible for the transaction made.
BLUXOM LLC is a San Diego, California based company and we are required by law to change and collect sales taxes on products that we sell.
Please note that the San Diego County sales tax rate of 7.75% will be applied to all orders and items that are sold online or in-store, shipped or delivered in the state of California. These charges are the customer’s expense. The tax amount will be applied and displayed during the checkout process.
Sales tax does not apply to transactions when we sell an item on bluxom.com and ship it directly to the purchaser at an out-of-state location for use outside of California.
